My Creative Coaching is healing work for people who are ready to address the narratives they live by and shed unhelpful thought & behavior patterns. You are worth the time and energy you put into yourself. Let’s clear out the old and make room for the new.
I offer 30-60 minute 1-on-1 sessions to help you identify, set, and work toward individualized healing and/or creative intentions with guided exercises, discussion and energy work. My creative coaching is a combination of dreamwork, the tarot, synesthesia (cross-sensory exploration), the Enneagram, and Reiki energy healing. You choose which modalities you’d like to work with. Reiki
Reiki is more than just a relaxing experience. Reiki energy stimulates the body’s natural healing abilities to manage symptoms and improve your well-being, serving as permission to release what you’re no longer aligned with. Reiki is an invitation to come home to your true self.
Reiki will draw out what ails you, thus promoting shadow work. This can be an uncomfortable process, so I encourage you to be ready for the inner work and transformations you’re likely to undergo. However, it’s entirely up to you to allow for how much or little you’re ready to address. I enjoy working with people who are looking for long term benefit, as well as those who are curious to try a one-time session. Reiki can be a full body/mind/spirit reset if you’re ready to commit to the process.
These sessions can incorporate cross-sensory stimuli (music, fragrance, lights & colors) to enhance the effects of release and realignment. As a certified Reiki master, my Reiki method can aid in clearing out creative & energetic blocks and opening mental, emotional and spiritual pathways to enhance your sense of self-worth and address your shadows. I also provide the option of dream analysis and Enneagram personality assessment in combination with my Reiki healing sessions.

Our dreams offer boundless creative inspiration and opportunities for tapping into our intuition to help us explore new avenues of thought and self-awareness. I’ll help you improve your dream-recall and work with you to understand your dream symbols to unearth messages and creative solutions already within you.
The Enneagram
The Enneagram is a personality-awareness system that reveals patterns in how we interpret the world and manage our emotions. When we know our Enneagram Type, we can grow in self-awareness by observing our behaviors and making more conscious choices, rather than identifying with our thoughts and feelings. The Enneagram may also help you gain a better understanding of others’ behaviors and reactions, giving you more compassion for all people in your life. I’ll help you assess your Type and teach you how to use it to improve your relationships, work, and the way you see and approach the world.
Synesthesia
Synesthesia is a blending of the senses that can translate music into shapes & colors, or (among many other cross-sensory experiences) create tactile physical sensations that are triggered by images or sounds. As a synesthete, I use exercises based on this experience to help bridge connections among your senses to enhance your healing process, such as combining Reiki energy healing with the rhythms of music to reduce pain. These exercises may also reduce stress, anxiety and emotional blockages, and promote focus and clarity.
